ENGINES
Petrol
A: Rebuild your standard 3.5 alloy V8.
B: Rebuild your standard 3.9 alloy V8.
C: Converting to a 4.6 litre V8.
D: Converting to a GM LS based engine family
REQUIRE
On A & B the engines are built in house. The are complete from sump to top of rocker cover. The inlet manifold is not fitted. All engines are built using new camshaft (grind TBA), lifters, pistons and rings (compression TBA), full gasket and seal kit, crankshaft main and conrod bearings, crankshaft resizing, fully overhauled heads with upgraded valve stem seals, rollmaster timing chain set and all machining back to new tolerances.
On C to be fitted you will need to purchase, camshaft (grind TBA), rollmaster timing chain set, crank spacer, full gasket set, overhaul your heads using upgraded valve stem seals and lifters.
On D there is quite a lot involved to install a LS family of engine. If you are serious about this conversion, which is fast becoming the most popular engine conversion, give LRA a call to work out the ins and outs.
It is advised to replace water pumps, radiator and heater hoses, Thermostat and have your radiator professionally checked and flushed.
On larger engine conversions the fuel system will need to be modified or replaced to supply the new fuel demand.
Possible engine management system and larger injectors may be needed on C & D.
Diesel
A: Recondition 200 or 300 TDI engine.
B: Recondition TD4, 5 & 6
C: Turbo upgrades and intercoolers (More horsepower)
D: ECU chipping and performance upgrades.
REQUIRE

If the cylinder head is not repairable a new head must be fitted.
EXTRAS
Timing belt setups are not included in reconditioned engines.
Water pumps, Thermostat, radiator plugs should be replaced.
Injector pumps and Injectors should also be checked.
