Freight charges issued during the checkout process are an estimate only. Unfortunately the Checkout can not accurately determine what carrier to use for every order. We have chosen to show the Australia Post shipping data which will suit for most of our freight requirements. Due to these problems any heavy or large package is likely to show the freight charge too high or too low.
In the case of a high freight charge we will automatically reduce the freight cost and ship the goods.
In the case of an undercharge, we will contact the purchaser to advise the new charges. The order can be cancelled with no charges to the purchaser at this time. As we bill the purchaser manually through the information supplied we can offer the best freight solutions for your order.
If a freight charge is +/- 20% no adjustments will be made.
We unfortunately can only show Australia Post parcel charges in checkout.
We do use other courier services for Local and bulky / heavy freight.

Australia Post Express, Regular mail and Express post satchels.
Customers own freight services can also be arranged.
Orders can also be arranged to be collected from us directly. If you require a collect the goods yourself you again unfortunately will be charged a freight charge through checkout. The order will come to us as a collect order and as we do the billing manually, be assured you will not be billed the freight.
